- Introduce themselves to customer
- Present the customer with a business card
- Ask if they may enter the home
- Place carpet protectors on their shoes or protect customer's flooring
- Confirm customer's needs
- Present price from the flat rate book
- Proceed with service if given authorization
- Clean area when the service is completed
- Present customer with a completed service ticket
- Explain service performed in writing and verbally to the customer
