The concept was to remain an independent dealer yet be part of a more powerful group. After meeting for approximately a year and hammering out such things as dealer standards, agreements, name, logo etc. - as well as conducting extensive consumer focus groups - the ServAssure Dealer Alliance was born in 1998. Since that time the group has grown and made significant strides in launching the program, continuously working harder to serve its customers better.
